Bottling Up Soon

Brett cider: it went really sour and awesome! Time to bottle and reclaim the carboy!
Ginger beer: very estery. Hope it tastes better carbed, aged, and cold. I think it will. Nice and spicy. I'm getting tired of the extract taste in my beers though. Wanna do this as a lager sometime.
Rose petal mead batch 1 (sweet): wanna bottle this sparkling asap.
Kousa: needs filtering and bottling still. This is great. Doing another batch for sure this year.
Apple cyser: filtering and bottling still required.
Other working to do:
Rose petal mead batch 1 (drier, a little brett got in? ): wanna filter this then oak it before bottling. Gonna be super interesting in a good way I think.
Cherry sour: needs to be racked onto cherries and oak and stowed in the closet.
Barleywine: in two minds about playing with this or dumping it. It's been noted I could play with a gallon or three.
